Project Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms
- The Client shall pay 60% of the total project cost as an advance payment before commencement of work.
- An additional 20% payment shall be made upon delivery of materials at the project site.
- The remaining 20% balance payment shall be made upon completion of the project.
- Any delay in payment may result in a delay in project execution and handover.
- External Damage & Alterations
- Planto Greens shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, or deterioration caused by external interference, unauthorized modifications, third-party activities, accidents, vandalism, construction work, or natural disturbances after project handover.
- Plant Care & Fertilizer Usage
- Plants must be maintained according to the care guidelines provided by Planto Greens.
- Excessive or improper use of fertilizers, pesticides, chemicals, or water may cause damage to plants and landscaping features.
- Planto Greens shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from incorrect maintenance practices after project completion.
- Maintenance Responsibility
- Unless a separate maintenance agreement is signed, routine plant care, watering, pruning, fertilization, and upkeep shall be the responsibility of the Client after project handover.
- Natural Variations
- Plant growth, flowering, and appearance may vary depending on weather conditions, soil quality, water availability, sunlight exposure, and other environmental factors. Such variations shall not be considered defects.
- Force Majeure
- Planto Greens shall not be liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, floods, storms, government restrictions, labor shortages, or other unforeseen events.
- Acceptance of Terms
- By confirming the project and making the advance payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.
